Production window: Orders are submitted for production September 1st.

Estimated delivery: The earliest items will ship and arrive during the first week of October. At the latest, every order will be delivered by mid-October — at least two weeks before Homecoming Week begins on October 25th. However early or late your order falls in that window, you'll have it in hand well before you're packing for Greensboro.

Order before Homecoming: Because this is your Homecoming piece, we build in that buffer on purpose — even our latest delivery date still gives you two full weeks to spare before GHOE 100 kicks off.

1. Choose Your Jacket

Select Custom or Stock on the product page. Custom includes your name, major, and class year, embroidered just for you. Stock ships as-is with no personalization.

2. Complete Payment

You'll be directed to our secure payment processor to complete your order.

3. Get Confirmed

Once your order is placed, you'll receive an order confirmation email, followed shortly by a payment confirmation email.

4. Production

Please allow up to 4 weeks for production. Every piece is made to order — nothing is pulled from a shelf.

5. Delivery

Your jacket ships once production is complete. You'll receive tracking information as soon as it's on the way.

A note on chargebacks: Because every Custom order is personalized with your name, major, and class year, all sales are final. We're unable to accept chargebacks on personalized items — if there's ever an issue with your order, please reach out to us directly at admin@hbcucrwns.com and we'll make it right.
